New life was breathed into the courts at Pocklington Tennis Club through a 5-day refurbishment and rejuvenation project.
The process, carried out in late May and under the watchful eye of Chairman Chris French, caused minimal disruption with home league games transferring to nearby Pocklington School but has ensured many more year’s life in the courts and will improve their playability and drainage.
This is one part of an on-going plan to improve and sustain the Club, with flood lights due to be to be installed in time for the 2017 season.
