Cardio Tennis is a fitness based tennis session

It is the perfect session for anyone wanting to try tennis for the first time, or wanting to try an alternative way to get in shape and improve their fitness. Music is played to ensure that everyone is motivated and energised, mixed with a social and friendly atmosphere, these are just a few of the reasons Cardio Tennis is our most popular session.

We offer 4 different cardio sessions during the week

Mondays

8:45 – 9:45am & 7 – 8pm

Fridays

9 – 10am

Saturdays

8 – 8:45am

Fees

Fees are paid as a half term block. If you are not a member of the tennis club, a non member fee of £2 is added to each session.
